The investor’s objective was to introduce alternative living options through apartment-style residences while maximizing the land’s potential within a constrained budget. In response, we conceptualized and designed 4 row houses to meet these goals.

Row houses offer several advantages over traditional apartment living. They provide residents with more privacy and autonomy, as each unit typically has its own entrance and outdoor space. This design fosters a stronger sense of community among neighbors while still offering the benefits of shared walls and efficient use of space.

Moreover, row houses often feature distinct architectural details that enhance the overall aesthetic of the neighborhood. By carefully planning the layout and focusing on architectural integrity, we aimed to create row houses that not only met the investor’s objectives but also stood out as a strong and attractive addition to the community.

This approach not only maximizes the land’s potential effectively but also offers residents a unique and appealing alternative to conventional apartment living.
