Office That Breathes

In the center of Prague, we created an interior that blends harmony, raw texture, and a Zenlike quiet. What was once a bare concrete skeleton has been reimagined as a warm, elegant workplace: 4,450 sq ft shaped into oPices, meeting rooms, open work areas, a dining room, and spaces for rest.

The exposed concrete ceiling became the heart of the concept. Its brutalist roughness is softened by natural materials: smoked oak floors, walnut-veneered built-ins, and lineninspired textiles. Warm tones are balanced with cool touches of petrol and turquoise, mirrored in accessories and lush greenery.

A floating library subtly partitions the dining area, while plants weave through the space as a true architectural element: bringing softness, movement, and life. Combined with natural light and careful illumination, the space feels like a small Zen forest woven into the city.

The outcome is an oPice that feels intimate, grounded, and inspiring.
